Graftable tells you whether the weather suits your trade. It's a planning aid, it's free, and the decision about whether work actually goes ahead is always yours.

Graftable is provided by Cascade, a marketing business based in Jersey. Using the site means accepting these terms. Contact: hello@graftable.app.

Forecast data is supplied by WeatherAPI.com. Graftable applies published working thresholds for each trade to that data to produce a verdict.

Weather forecasts are probabilistic. They describe what is likely, not what will happen, and they can be wrong. Forecast data must not be solely relied upon for any decision that is safety-critical or where life, health or property may be at risk. Always confirm conditions yourself before and during work.

We don't control the forecast and can't promise it will be accurate, complete or available. Verdicts and thresholds may change as we improve them.

Graftable does not carry out a risk assessment and does not replace one. It doesn't know your site, your access, your equipment, your crew or what you're actually doing that day. It should be treated as one input among several, never as authority to start or stop work.

Every verdict is shown with the reasons behind it so you can judge it for yourself. Where Graftable and the person on site disagree, the person on site governs.

• Deciding whether work proceeds, and the health and safety of everyone doing it, remains entirely yours.
• You remain responsible for meeting your duties under the Health and Safety at Work (Jersey) Law 1989 and any other law that applies to you.
• Any figures Graftable cites — wind speeds, temperatures and similar — are general industry guidance, not a statement of the law, and not advice about your particular job.
• Keep your login details to yourself, and give us accurate information.

Graftable is provided free and as is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for lost work, lost time, lost income or other loss arising from relying on a verdict, from the forecast being wrong, or from the service being unavailable.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be excluded.

Accounts are free. We may suspend or remove an account that's being used to scrape the service, resell the data, or interfere with it working for anyone else. You can delete your account whenever you like — see the privacy notice.

The Graftable name, design and the verdict rules are ours. The underlying forecast data belongs to WeatherAPI.com and is used under their terms; it isn't ours to resell and you may not redistribute it as data.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. They're governed by the law of Jersey, and the Jersey courts have jurisdiction.
